With the news of virtual AGM meetings now being able to take place. Novacyt got in contact with us to assist in hosting theirs on our Eventcaster platform.
We were involved every step of the way, from the shareholder registration stage all the way through to visiting Novacyt’s head office to film and stream the meeting live to 500+ shareholders.
The meeting consisted of 3 board members present at the head office, with one dialing in via video call from France. These feeds were mixed live alongside a slideshow which was streamed to the platform.
