Our team is central to everything we do at attend2IT. With a strong mix of technical expertise and real-world event experience, we deliver reliable solutions in environments where there’s no room for error. From network engineers to project managers, each member plays a key role in ensuring our systems perform consistently, even under pressure.
We are based in Hertfordshire and support events across the UK, Europe, and the world. Whether it’s a short-term install for a film shoot or a large-scale deployment at a major exhibition or just consultation, our team is used to working in varied and challenging locations. We plan thoroughly, communicate clearly, and stay flexible to meet the needs of each project.
Our priority is to deliver stable, well-managed systems that support your operations without distraction. You’ll find us straightforward to deal with, technically solid, and committed to making sure everything runs as it should.

Ciaran Whelan
Ciaran is an Event IT Technician who joined the team in September 2022. Since then, he has actively contributed to several high-profile events, playing an essential role in setting up and managing the technical aspects on-site. Eager to expand his expertise, Ciaran is focused on deepening his knowledge of networking during the upcoming summer, helping him to further elevate his contributions to the team.
Key highlights include his involvement in notable events such as Secret Garden Party, the Oxford Half Marathon and “that Vegas event”.
Colin Allen
Colin joined Attend2IT in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience as an Operations Director in Theatre. As a Project and HS&E Manager, Colin takes the lead on various events, but when he’s not managing projects, he focuses on maintaining the highest Health and Safety standards and ensuring our sustainability efforts are always progressing.
Key highlights include managing connectivity for the Samsung Forum 2020 in Malta, overseeing operations at Secret Garden Party 2023 & 2024, managing Gone Wild festival Norfolk and spearheading initiatives to uphold our commitment to safety and sustainability.
Dominic Hampton
Dominic’s journey in the events industry began at Birmingham University, where he built the foundation for his career. After gaining experience at AVSC, working on events across the UK, Dominic moved back to the South to start a family. It was here that he co-founded Attend2IT with Andy, spotting a gap in the market for reliable IT support in events.
As Managing Director, Dominic is deeply involved in the day-to-day running of Attend2IT. He oversees all operations, ensuring the team has the resources and support needed to deliver flawless IT solutions. He takes a hands-on approach, personally overseeing the more complex projects, especially large-scale events or international ventures, and always staying closely connected with the on-site teams through the NOC (Network Operations Center).
Key highlights include Railive, MWC, and any event that take him around the world.
Kieran Watkins
Kieran joined attend2IT in early 2018 and has since become a key member of our warehouse and technical on-site team. His ability to manage and coordinate the warehouse team has been instrumental in delivering seamless installations.
As a Warehouse & Technical On-Site Lead, Kieran excels in overseeing the logistics of our equipment and ensuring smooth on-site technical operations.
Key highlights include installs at some of our major UK film and TV studios.
Oscar Shasha
Oscar’s journey in the events industry began in January 2022, when he joined Attend2IT to manage the increased demand following the pandemic. His swift integration into the team and exceptional leadership skills quickly made him an invaluable member. In 2024, he stepped into the role of Project Manager, where he now leads our teams on various events.
Key highlights include The Great Escape and supporting third-party installs abroad.
Ryan Coppen
Ryan’s journey with attend2IT began in 2014, and since then, he has expertly overseen the IT infrastructure for over 150 corporate and private events, ranging in size and complexity. His recent accomplishments include managing network installations at multiple prominent TV and Film Studios in Hertfordshire.
Key highlights include the launch of 5G with Stormzy in London and providing internet services for events during prestigious fashion weeks in Milan, Paris, and London.
Matthew Mordey
Matt joined the team in February 2024 after graduating from Canterbury Christchurch University with a 2:1 in Film, Radio, and Television. Eager to embark on a career in the events industry, Matt brings fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to the team as he starts his journey with attend2IT.
Key highlights include working on the Secret Garden Party 2024 and any event that is outside.
Toby Hartley
Toby joined attend2IT in 2015 after working at a leading production company. Having studied Audio Systems at university, he initially focused on sound within the events industry but quickly sought out more challenges. His passion for growth led him to become an accredited PRINCE2 project manager, enabling him to take on larger and more complex projects.
As a Project Manager, Toby oversees several large-scale and high-profile events each year, managing the technical and logistical aspects with precision. In addition to his project management role, he also manages our technical warehouse, ensuring the smooth running of all equipment and resources.
Key highlights include project managing for our largest event which spans across most of Cambridge and any large digital projects that require our expertise.
